Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Earns 9 Medals at SkillsUSA Colorado
9 students from the Arapahoe Community College (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ) Automotive Technology program competed at the 2025 SkillsUSA Colorado State Leadership & Skills Conference on April 9-11 in Pueblo.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ students combined to win 5 individual gold medals and 3 individual silver medals, including:
GOLD
- Mackenzie Bogard: Related Technical Math
- Abby Epstein: Job Interview
- Gavin Fink: Customer Service
- Colin Venable: Automotive Service Technology
- Diedra von Frame: Job Skill Demo A
SILVER
- Haley Debem: Pin Design
- Destiny DeMarree: T-Shirt Design
- Cameron Zimmer: Automotive Service Technology
Additionally, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's Quiz Bowl team (Bogard, Debem, Fink, Sydney Fischer, and von Frame) won gold.
Gold medalists will move on to compete in the 2025 SkillsUSA on June 23-27 in Atlanta. Eddie Miller and Jake Tipsword serve as Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's co-faculty advisors for SkillsUSA.
